APRIL 2013 BEAUTY FAVES
Wow this month just flew by..Here are my essentials for the month:
Yes to Grapefruit Makeup Removing Wipes- lightened some of my hyperpigmentation <3
Ion Volume Solutions Thickening Spray- best volumizing spray EVER! Holds volume all day. Just blow dry and go. Better than mousse!
Cinema Secrets Brush Cleaner- spot cleans; so convenient. Makes my brushes smell like vanilla sugar.
Michael Todd Organics Antiox Serum- Great night moisturizer. Helps to shrink my pores and lighten acne scars. Awesome multipurpose product.
Skin Food lipgloss- Vita Tok in PK01- Moisturizing, pigmented, doesn’t let my lips peel. I love the spring pink color.
NARS blush in Orgasm- Perfect shade for spring; lasts all day on my oily skin. I like the slight golden sheen it has. Makes my cheeks look healthy if applied with a light hand (super pigmented).
MAC eyeshadow in Sumptuous Olive- Green reminds me of spring.
Real Techniques Expert Face Brush-Best for liquid foundation. Blends like a dream. The price was PHENOMENAL. Every woman should own 1 (or 2).
Went to Little Tokyo today with the bestie and hauled some goodies back. YAY! Needed to restock on makeup remover and eye brow maintenance products. Watering Kiss Mint gum is my FAVE!!! Sorry for the not so great picture quality. Got home late…
Boredom = Skin Food Haul. I love that everything from this line smells like what it says on the package and who can resist something so cute?!

That’s it for my favorites. What are your favorites for March?
Trying out new skin care as my skin has become more a mess than usual. Decided to go on a natural route and with all the YouTube recs and reviews, I decided why not.

As promised, here’s my review of the Vitacreme B12 Regenerative Cream.
I’ve been using this product for about a month now and purchased this through http://imomoko.com/ for about $36. It is the most I’ve ever spent on skin care, but well worth it.
Funny story: I was having a bout of eczema when I impulsively bought this cream not even bothering to do research on whether it would treat my skin’s problem or not. It was rather strange of me since I do EXTENSIVE research into skincare ingredients before bothering to pay up. I guess the hype caught up on my tail and maybe it was a little instinctual because the day I got it, I slathered it on and woke up sans eczema! It was a freaking miracle I swear! Not only was my eczema completely gone, my eye bags shrunk considerably and I looked well rested. I blame the hue of the cream- which is pink, to why my complexion was so much more luminous.
Over the weeks, I’ve seen a dramatic improvement in clarity and texture of my skin. My blemishes and scars heal so much faster and my pores are less visible. I no longer get too oily mid day. Foundation and concealer glide on so much easier, on the rare occasion that I even wear any foundation that is. I use this cream on my neck and around my eyes as well. It truly is all purpose. Of course, just because it worked for me doesn’t mean that it’ll work for you. I gave a friend a sample and she didn’t see any results that I got so it varies from person to person. I on the other hand have found my HG moisturizer.
Tip: If you are extra oily, refrain from using Vitacreme B12 in the day and only apply for nightime. I find that at night my skin drinks it up as opposed to using it in the day. I guess since skin repairs itself at night it makes the most use out of the cream during that time? I dunno LOL!

Hope this was helpful somewhat ^_^
